Xbox game pass - How to release account query

hi, my free BT xbox game pass ultimate subscription expired a few weeks ago but xbox account still shows it is managed by BT/EE.

How do I get BT to release my xbox account?

Actually, I just checked my xbox ms account and I think the screen has changed since I last checked at beginning of this new year.

It no longer quotes 'managed by BT/EE' or words to that effect unless I'm looking at wrong web page in web browser.

hi, no I don't have a code to redeem at this time.

I just checked the xbox console. It looks like subscription has indeed been cancelled by BT.

I'll close this thread.
