Delete old account so i can setup a new account

Hi,

I need to delete an old account, so I can setup a new account with the same email address.

I spent 2 hours waiting on chat yesterday to be told that if I log out, leave it an hour and log back in it will be done. Naturally, this surprisingly was not the case. BT, you are paying people in India to waste customers time!

It looks like this route is more successful, so please could someone help?

Sorry for the problems you've been having deleting the old account profile to set up a new profile with the same email address. We can help from here however it'd take us a few days to get back to you as we deal with cases in turn as we receive them.
