    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to log in and view my bills and billing history, however when selecting any other options on my account I get a "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment" page. I have been registered with BT for a while now, and have never been able to access these pages. I am now looking for a new package and need access to these other pages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
