Unable to create a MyBT account

Hi there,

I'm currently trying to create a MYBT account and get to the final step of the process with security questions , upon completing them numerous times on various phones, tablets, laptops and browsers I am greeted with a technical error message to try again later.

if needing VAT invoices are you a BT Business customer? if so you need to post here

No it's just a domestic account for a home address

You have to ask BT for VAT invoices, they are not provided automatically.

i need access to the mybt thats what im having issues with, i cant create one

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Just to update this, I used a new email address to create myBT Id and this resolved the issue.
