      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just accessed my credit file, it shows 2 old BT accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I called the BT helpline, I was told there was nothing on their system? (I have both account numbers and commencement dates)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desperately trying to update my credit file, however this a huge barrier trying to access someone who can point me in the right direction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
