Confirming return of kit

My kit was returned in the bag sent on the 30/11/2023 but according to the many emails I've received it has not been received even though tracking information says it was delivered 48 hours later. How can I convince BT of this as I am now abroad in Australia and I do not want to give them another £50 after paying over £460 to get out of my contract,
