Xbox game pass cant remove

My Xbox microsoft account showed game pass management by BT but i didn't order anything from you and it can't be removed. Thank you for your help.

As you haven't been provided with the Game Pass by BT you will need to contact Microsoft for assistance with this.

I have already contacted Microsoft and they informed me that they cannot cancel the subscription as it is a third-party subscription management.

I also contacted the seller and he informed me that it was a code in cooperation with your company and that the overpayment should be terminated automatically. Unfortunately this did not happen.
