How do I get a returns bag when BT hasn’t asked me to return my old hub?
I don’t want it in the house but it seems a waste to take it to the tip!

I’ve tried but none of the telephone options is relevant.

Also, resent having to spend time and money ringing a number that’s not free.

It’s the 21st century BT! Why can’t there just be a button to click on website?

Hmmm, since when have 0330 numbers been chargeable if you have a call plan with BT?
