      <title>Xbox gamepass not showing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I've been a BT broadband customer for 20 years and have recently upgraded to FFTP with the XBOX pass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've received the email saying I can claim it, but I can't find it in the MyBT webpage.&amp;nbsp; I note that the account number in the corner is the same as my old one (I wouldn't expect it to change).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please advise?&lt;/P&gt;
