      <title>Open order,, please cancel</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed a order to upgrade then canceled same day as realised had ordered the wrong thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows as open order but says its been cancled on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was last Wednesday, I have spoke on phone a few times and just keel being told it takes 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can a mod on here go into my account and close it please so I can re order right 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
