This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150, that is the only way you can close your account, its not possible by email, as the account holder cannot be verified.

Please be aware, if you are moving to a different provider, then that new provider deals with any cancellations by informing BT.
