Billed twice for Now Sports

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved?

I have BT Big Sport which includes Now Sports. I also have HD & 4K for an extra £6.

However, I am also being charged seperately for Now Sports & Now Boost. That means I am paying twice for the Now Sports!

My Bill looks like this:

Big Sport £35

HD & 4K £6

Now Sports £34.99

Now Boost £6

Total £81.99

As surely I should only be charged for the first 2 lines? For a toal of £41.00

I have called BT, and they took Now Sports off my package, but they are still charging me for it on my latest bill!

Please help!

Hi @Smartienssen72, thanks for getting in touch. The double charging had been fixed before I got to your case. I've arranged a refund for the incorrect charges which will remain on your BT account as agreed.

Sorry to have to bother you again about this.

I was charged again in December & January for Now Sports £34.99 on top of the Big Sport subscription of £35 and HD for £6.

i have tried to resolve that myself online, but have only managed to end up with no Now Sports at all, despite having the Big Sport TV package!

The Sky Sports (Now Tv) channels are no longer available on my BT TV Box Pro, even though my account still shows that I have Big Sport.

I am just trying to stop paying twice over for Now Tv.

Any help would be much appreciated.
