Bt halo 3+

Hello I have the BT halo 3+ package. Does the package come with additional hardware? Like the WiFi discs?

If so. I just realised I never received the discs. And I've been under contract for almost a year now.

Halo 3+ comes with a Smart Hub 2, a Hybrid Connect (to join the 4G network if your broadband goes down) and a Complete WiFi disc to improve the wireless connection throughout your home.

You can add further discs if required, but as standard, you should have received 1.

Hi. I never received any of that. What should I do? If I've been paying for a service and not received that service. Its unacceptable

I would give BT a call in the first instance on 0330 1234 150.

If customer services cannot assist, then one of the mods here likely can, but they have a queue.

Try the number first, then go from there.
