Return Kit - How????

I am so frustrated with BT as I am being chased for the broadband hub to be returned yet they havent sent me an envelope! So it says if you havent received one, log in and select 'return kit' and order a new one. Where is this 'return kit' button because I cat see it???? Please can BT just send me a bag!!!

Call BT 0330.1234.150 and request that they send one out to you.
