      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just received an e-mail saying my xbox subscription has been canceled;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="GrantClay_0-1707487156993.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/83502iDFED4EAB1E38ABA7/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="GrantClay_0-1707487156993.png" alt="GrantClay_0-1707487156993.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had issues getting it set up for 1 year free and was assisted by people on this forum + bt call centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it seems the billing may not have been setup fully for the 1 year free causing this notification to come out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My subscription should still be valid until October.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help that can be offered would be apricated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
