      <title>Xbox game pass ultimate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have problem with&amp;nbsp; xbox game pass ultimate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have new contract fibre900. This contract included 12 month game pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I login to mybt.com / go to the content partners/add game pass. But unfortunately i have info "unable to process your request. Please Try again ".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody have similar problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody can help me with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a quick question,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you had the free Xbox gamepass on the same BT account before? if so that might be the source of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as the T&amp;amp;C for it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/terms/Xboxgamepassontv" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/terms/Xboxgamepassontv&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"12. Available once per customer."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but then having the sales team offer it when renewing prob leads to it not showing up on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
