    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have canceled my broadband service on 26th January 2024. However, I still have not received my last bill. It is now 14 days. Is there someone could take a look into my account? Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to different agents on online chat or on the phone already. Previously they asked me to wait for 14 days. Today it has been 14 days after I stopped the service. When I check other threads, it normally takes 7 days to receive the final bill. Now I worried the service has not actually stopped, and I would still get billed in March.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
