Xbox game pass 6 months free offer isn't working after full fibre installed

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I got my full fibre installed about 2/3 weeks ago (Jan 24) and have been with BT around 4 years.

After everything was done and installed and I got the link for the 6 months free I've tried to redeem my free game pass as I already have game pass and pay for it.

After I press add offer and agree to the T's and C's the page loads onto a blank page and says we're unable to process your request this time and has done this for the past few days and I've tried over the past week or so

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I didn't get much help when I used the online chat they said try tomorrow it should work. TIA

Hi @Ncros1,

Thank you for posting. There is an issue at the moment with adding Xbox Game Pass. This is expected to be fixed tomorrow. If by Wednesday the 14th you still haven't been able to add that, post back and I'll take a look at this for you.
