Deleting old accounts

I know from searching that this question has previously been answered, however, I have not been able to find out how to delete old accounts from MyBT. When I login there are two old accounts from many years ago that I wish to delete.

I spoke to somebody on the telephone and I was informed there is a 'delete account' option - but I cannot find it.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.

There is no delete button which is why you can't find it. I am so sorry that you were told that there was.

Removing accounts on your BTID needs to be done by our developers. There are different scenarios where my team can remove them either but not in all instances.
