No Account no to create BT ID

Hi. I have some btinternet.com emails which I have on premium email but I cannot create a BT ID to manage my account, bills and email addresses as it asks for phone no or account no to create one.

I do not have bt phone and cannot find an account no anywhere.

Any help to locate or see where it will be will be appreciated.

Have checked all emails etc but no luck.
