Not received Amazon referral voucher

Hello,

I referred a friend on the 28/11/2023 and still haven't received our Amazon vouchers, despite paying 2 bills. I've been checking the spam/junk folder but nothing yet.

I've seen on some other forum posts that apparently the referral scheme ended in Sept 2023, but I was able to use my referral link, which displayed the fact it was a referral and that we both would receive the vouchers, and was then redirected to the broadband packages.

Could someone help me please?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

The promotion did end 10/09/2023, so you must have followed an outdated link.

I just used my referral link, which was still active and my friend was still shown the referral webpage with the referral information and request to enter their email.

My referral link is no longer active but it definitely was at the time my friend signed up, so it just feels like my friend has signed up under false pretences.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
