      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned my BT equipment back on 9th December with the free postage / package service, this still has not been updated on my account as being received? How long is this taking at present to process?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I stupidly threw away the tracking number, is there another way of finding if this has been received?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
