Is the new BT F2 service FTTC , or is it ‘full fibre’ ?

if you receive a ‘sorry to see you go’ notification from Sky , you shouldn’t need to contact them yourself, BT have served you notice and their service will be closed as a consequence of joining BT , if you don’t receive any notification from them , you probably should contact them yourself , but only if you don’t get that notification, if you call Sky even if you get the notification , it can cause problems.

Hi I have just signed up to a new fibre 2 broadband plan.

I am currently with sky for broadband and phoneline but am moving across with no phoneline as no longer needed.

When bt transfer the broadband, will they also close the phone line account or will I need to do that separately myself?

Thanks

BT will close the whole service, as you do not want to transfer your number.
