&lt;P&gt;when was activation as you need to wait until cooling off period expired&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;do you have more than 1 bt account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you need to use laptop/pc to see content partners not app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've checked the other posts, and the only solutions which were solved were done privately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not activated it. The content partner section is not showing - I am viewing on a desktop browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two accounts with BT and I have the new account checked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is a customer help customer forum&amp;nbsp; your posts do not go to BT&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if activation was only 16 Feb then you need to wait at least 14 days after activation for expiry of cooling off period&lt;/P&gt;</description>
