    <description>&lt;P&gt;When signing in to MYBT, I am greeted with a screen saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your BT ID has not yet been activated&lt;BR /&gt;The link we sent you to activate your BT ID has now expired&lt;BR /&gt;You can use a new activation email to your BT username or click any of the links below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clicking the 'resend activation email' button just returns with "This action cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't access my BT ID because of this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to sort it out for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
