I will be moving home shortly March hopefully and want to take my service with me.

1 ) I recently upgraded to full fibre ?

2) do I need and engineer to reinstall ?

3 Do I take the router and disk with me ?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Please remember to use the BT Home Move process team, they will tell you what to take. I would expect you would take the BT Home Hub and additional disk.

It may be of course that your new house does not yet have fibre to the premises installed. Assuming it can then hopefully the home moving services can now arrange it to be installed as well, or else they presumably have a downgrade option?
