Remove Old Accounts

Can anyone help me to remove 2 old accounts. I am trying to start a home move and one of the old accounts is the default so cant start a home move

Hi @William14, welcome to the forum and we'll be happy to help you get the old accounts removed. If you are in a hurry it may be best to contact the billing team Broadband | BT Help and they'll be able to do this for you.

If you're ok to wait a few days I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team.
