Broadband increased in costs

I recently asked BT to find a way to lower my costs, which they did to a point. Now I have received a letter saying my costs will rise on 31 March. I asked about reduced costs due to my circumstances which BT said they have allowances for now .I am back where I started having to look for a new provider???

Unless you are on the home essentials package then you cost increase on 31 march by CPI + 3.9% which is set out in your T&C. As in the T&C there is no option to leave without paying early termination charges
