      <title>Cancelling Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been trying to cancel my Broadband as the contract has now ended but can't do it online and been on hold for hours without getting through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Such a poor service. Any advise on how best to get this resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are going to move to another ISP that uses the Openreach network just contact your chosen ISP and they will arrange the move and inform BT.&lt;/P&gt;
