Cancellation

Hi, My Grandmother has gone into a nursing home and I need some help and assistance to cancel her BT landline.

I have POA for finance and property for her.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated at this difficult time.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear your mum has gone into a nursing home. I can appreciate how worrying this is. The quickest way to get the account closed would be to contact our customer service guides on 0330 1234 150. I've dropped you a private message if calling doesn't suit but we are very busy at present so it's taking longer than usual to reply.
