Revert to old package

Good afternoon,

Last wednesday, 6th March, I decided to look for a cheaper package due to the planned increases. The person I spoke to came up with a package that they said would work out cheaper. When I received the order confirmation email, it would have meant that we would have ended up about the same price for a lower broadband, from Halo to Fibre. Perhaps I misheard.

After mulling over what had happened, the next day, Thursday 7th, (so within the 14 days) I rang again and spoke to someone who said that they would be able to help me 'revert to old' package, and they would call me back in a couple of days.

This hasn't happened and ,so I really need some advice as to who I contact now so as to get this sorted before my 14 days are up.

I would just like to get back to our package as it was on the 5th March.

Any help would be good.

Thank you,

Bob

Hi Rob,

I rang BT yesterday and after some dicussion they tell me that they have reverted it. I will wait and see what the next bill shows, before I feel too confident.

Bob
