      <title>Duplicate ID on BT Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my BT Account is holding two IDs, with the primary ID being and old account which is disabled. This means I cannot manage any services in BT.com (such as upgrades/ remove of packages). Please can you tell me how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
