How do I claim gift card

When I taken out WiFi with BT it was an offer with a free Amazon gift card, how do I get the card ? When I click the link that was sent a message says can't find my account info.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. What was the Gift Card amount on offer when you placed the order? Are you trying to claim the Reward through your My BT?

It was £50, yeah Ive tried via online and via app, nothing shows on app, when I click the link and sign in it shows this

Still the same issue, it doesn't show anything when I log in to account

Check your email @Alec82

You'll have received an email thanking you for claiming for the reward card (off the back of me claiming it on your behalf).

You'll receive a follow on email with steps on how to activate and use the card.
