Hi I'm trying to activate my games pass for 6 months deal as well as others here. I get the down for maintenence notice. Could I get some help getting it sorted if possible please

Sorry you're also having problems activating your game pass. Have you spoken with our customer service guys? Can you try them on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on.

When I call and press option 1 and then option 2 as told it then tells me to hang up and wait for a text. The text I receive asks me to reply with broadband or phone. It is neither issue what should I do? Sorry
