Does BT still have a Live Chat?

Hi there,

I am trying to contact BT via the live chat, but I can't seem to find it?

It says you can call them, but I would rather use the live chat if possible, is there a direct link to it?

nevermind found it! it doesn't always show ;(

The option only appears to be available in certain categories if you click through.

Seems to be available for Technical Support but not billing for example. I don't know if that's dynamic depending on demand or permanent.
