    <description>&lt;P&gt;With an eye on the price increases I wanted to check my account, however even though I’ve been able to log in however BT hasn’t been able to load my details all weekend and this is now Wednesday evening and I’m still not able to view my account. Bet they won’t have trouble billing me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve gone via the app, BT.com changed my password nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
