I ordered the hybrid connect package - got the disc but hybrid is missing

I ordered the package

Got the disc delivered however it was in rubber bands placed by royal mail because the plastic wrapping was ripped

Has the hybrid been lost by royal mail?

None of the two tracking numbers provided by BT work on the track my parcel section of royal mail website

Edit - I just realised it is one tracking number for both parts meaning post office have damaged the parcel and it's split apart

How can I get another hybrid sent out?
