Unable to receive Xbox game pass code

I've been waiting on a code for the 12 month xbox game pass and still haven't received any code, called a couple times but gotten no luck, only reason i upgraded my package was for this bonus, is there anyway it could be resolved or am i screwed?

Hi @StevenR87, sorry you can't claim the Game Pass. Did you receive your email confirming you were eligible for the Game Pass and have 14 days passed since you got the email?

I did receive the email i was eligible and it has been 13 days if i remember correctly

Hi @StevenR87, thanks for getting back to me. Try the 'Message now' option on this page tomorrow Broadband | BT Help and they will be able to submit the claim for your pass and get the code sent to you.
