Can't redeem Xbox Ultimate Game Pass

Could a mod help me activate the game pass?

I have tried:

Multiple web browsers/devices
Calling the phone number on the maintenance banner
Trying to activate for over a week
Using live messaging support
Calling BT and being passed around 3 different teams, none could help and suggested I try here.

When I try and activate it, it just goes to a maintenance banner which has been there for weeks. I would really appreciate the help with this.

HI @Avaryne, sorry you couldn't get this resolved when you called. The guide should've completed a form for the Xbox team and you would get the Game Pass code within 5 days.

I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get this actioned for you.
