    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to link my xbox account with the gamepass since I have 12 months free with my package. I've tried multiple times on the browser nothing working. I tried to contact the number which didn't go anywhere since I couldn't get through to anyone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;has your cooling off period expired since activation?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you need to use pc/laptop not the app to access MYBT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't even link my xbox account to my bt one since everytime I try it says "unable to process, try again" which since I've made this post is still doing that. I am using a pc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
