      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to regain my Call Protect which I lost when&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt; BT moved MYBT over to EE.&amp;nbsp; Following instruction I have tried to obtain a new BTID as I understand I can then get Call Protect again. but my new account number is not being recognised.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help - thanks&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
