      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to view my account and bills and the link takes me to a page that just has a red box with a warning triangle and this note:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;"If your Broadband service is provided by EE, you will need to manage it through My EE. You can do that&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;here&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;and make sure you use your EE login details"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have an account with EE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The page title at the top of my browser is "BT : oops error occurred".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a known fault (that's being fixed) and I just need to try again later, or do I need to report it? I gather it has been a problem in the past. I have recently reported a fault on our line and investigations into slow broadband, and our mini hub was connected for a few hours. Was told all resolved!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Is this still happening?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If so try deleting your cookies and cache or try a different internet browser to see if that resolves the error.&lt;/P&gt;

I spoke to BT yesterday about that and other issues, and I could access on my phone, but still the same on my laptop. They didn't know why it was happening either.&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; I will try your suggestions and look again after that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
