Xbox game pass - unable to add to an Xbox account

Hi,

I'd received an emailing stating that my Xbox game pass subscription is ready and has been activated although I did not do this myself

I would like to make use of this service, I checked under My BT products and found it's there but I have no information about it. All i can do is manage the service subscription

I can't check if it's been used, and if so, what account its registered too

I've not been emailed a code nor can I request one from the website

How do I proceed?
