More than 8 years we are using BT. 2 days back we callBT customer service to renew our broadband contract.&nbsp; Then the call goes to EE.&nbsp; They agreed £35.99 for broadband.&nbsp; But after sometime they sent us email telling our broadband bill is £40.99 monthly. Is this cheating their valuable customers. We sent complaint to EE to clarify our doubt.&nbsp; But nobody responded to our request. It's not good for trusted company. We don't know the monthly payment £35.99 or £40.99.
