    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to access my account to download a bill. Every time I try to log in, i am redirected to a&amp;nbsp; page "Manage your account online" which asks me to&amp;nbsp;register my account on My BT. I am already registered and have been for years. I downloaded a bill last month without problem. Can anyone suggest anything?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
