    <description>&lt;P&gt;That’s where I’m confused. All the messages say “on receiving your order confirmation email” which I’ve had, not from the go-live date. They keep sending reminders too because I haven’t claimed it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only reason the go live date is 24th May, is because that’s when our existing contract ends.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently signed up to BT Full Fibre. The service goes live on 24th May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, I’ve received my link to claim the free £50 reward card which says it can be claimed as soon as I receive the order confirmation. When I click the link, it takes me through to my account homepage but with no reference anywhere to the reward card. Any assistance. Greatly appreciated..!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m now getting reminder emails to claim the card too! Of which the links still don’t work?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to wait until 14 days &lt;STRONG&gt;after&lt;/STRONG&gt; your service has been activated, so you are outside of the cooling off period.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 24th May is a long time to wait?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
