    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Adam, when you call our Customer Services number you press 1 for home and broadband and then 1 again to get through to our billing team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should be filling in a form to send off to our internal Xbox team providing they can't claim it for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried this?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?
