TV cancellation and billing.

I cancelled my BT TV package over the telephone on 06/03/24 and I was given an end date of 05/04/24.

On my latest bill dated 27/03/23 BT TV is still being charged to the 26/04/24. Surely this isn’t correct ?

Yes it is. If you've still got bb then next month you'll get a pro rata refund for the charges after cancellation date.

@garybs29 is spot on. You'll get refunded on the following bill for any payments covering 05/04 - 26/04. If you don't see the refunds give customer services a call on 0330 1234 150 and they'll sort it out for you.

Still being charged £21.56 for TV on upcoming bill being issued on the 27/04/24.
