    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know why but I felt they wouldn't turn up. The engineer didn't show up and stated couldn't get into property. After waiting from 1pm to 6pm I phoned BT who told openreach said they had attended and had photographic proof. After 15 minute wait apparently they didn't have a photo (because they never turned up).&amp;nbsp; Now it seems bt have done a new order, not a reschedule. So my question is are they doing this to circumvent automatic compensation for non-installation and can I cancel the contract even though they've installed the box outside my house. I don't like giving my money to companies who lie and cover up their mistakes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
