      <title>Can't renew online -error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last week I phoned BT to renew my BB contract.. I was moved to EE but I called the next day to cancel EE and I wanted to stay with BT, at least for now. The EE order has been canceled . Now I'm on rolling contract with BT but I can't access My Products page under my account , it says error We can't get your account details at the moment . &amp;nbsp;We're trying to fix the problem, come back later. &amp;nbsp;It's been like days since last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't renew online as I don't have options due to this error page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to call BT because they will ask me again to move to EE. &amp;nbsp;Before I had the option on the webpage to renew BT now I can't do anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what shall I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H1&gt;</description>
